We have spent over a decade helping Stoke-on-Trent locals start exercising again after years away from it. Small groups, sensible plans, and coaches who know how to look after a body that has not done this in a while.

Group Personal Training

Every session at Universal Fitness is led by a qualified coach. You will not be following a video, you will not be guessing what to do, and you will not be the only beginner in the room. We show you how, we keep an eye on your form, and we make sure each session is the right level for you.
You train alongside other adults in their 40s, 50s and 60s who are right where you are. Your coach knows your name, tracks your progress and gently pushes you when the time is right. It is the easiest way we have found to actually stick with it.
